What was the most fun/engaging activity that you did in ELA this year? Why was it fun/engaging?
The seminars, because they lead to very interesting discussions.
What was the most boring activity that you did this year? Why was it boring?
The response projects, because we didn't have a long enough time to really prepare a good response.
What was your favorite book this year? Why?
A Raisin in the sun, because it was dealing with a time period I enjoy learning about.
What was your least favorite book this year? Why?
The alchemist, it just wasn't interesting to me.
What should I definitely keep the same for next year's ELA curriculum? Why?
The seminars, because they are a very good way to discuss ideas from the book.
What should I definitely change for next year's ELA curriculum? Why?
The vocab sheets, needs more diversity.
